WHAT WE SEE
Many athletes who deserve a letterman jacket never get one. These jackets are an heirloom and legacy that is passed down for generations.
OUR GOAL WAS TO FIX THIS.
THE SOLUTION
A local donor started it all.
An anonymous donor donated 30 letterman jackets to go to deserving athletes from his alma mater.
Lettermans of Love was born. We contacted the school offering to do the letterman jackets at a reduced cost because of our parent company Coleman Knitting Mills.
With input from the principal and athletic director, they identified athletes who deserved the jackets.
THE BENEFITS
The benefits of Lettermans of Love are many:
- Donors give back to the communities in which they are connected.
- Schools and communities are beneficiaries of the school spirit that spreads.
- Individuals who receive the jacket create an heirloom and legacy for generations.
It is a true cycle of giving, pride, connection and love.
OUR GOAL
Our goal is to change the world one jacket at a time. The confidence that is generated from these athletes receiving jackets is much more than just a jacket to show off. It's a deep sense of pride in school, community and family.
Recognition - Dedication - Connection
Letterman Jackets are a unique and inspiring product. It represents hard work, school spirit and most of all it creates a sense of belonging. This sense of belonging not only impacts the individual but it has a ripple effect to other students at the school. This is how fandom is born.
Letterman Jackets are earned. They are given to those who are dedicated, work hard, and excell in their sport or vocation. We feel everyone deserves the right to wear the jacket. This is why we set out to change the world one jacket at a time.
